International Orders & Customs Policy

Our Wonder Crafts welcomes Customers from around the world.

International Orders are subject to the laws, regulations, customs procedures, taxes, and import requirements of both the exporting and destination countries.

  1. International Availability

We may ship Products to selected countries.

However, certain Products may not be available for delivery to every country because of:

  • Import restrictions;
  • Product restrictions;
  • Courier limitations;
  • Customs requirements;
  • Legal restrictions;
  • Product size or weight;
  • Other logistical considerations.
  1. Customer Responsibility

Before placing an international Order, Customers are responsible for checking whether the Product can legally be imported into their country.

Our Wonder Crafts does not guarantee that every Product is importable into every country.

  1. Customs Duties

International Orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import duties;
  • VAT;
  • GST;
  • Sales tax;
  • Brokerage fees;
  • Customs clearance fees;
  • Government charges;
  • Other destination-country taxes or fees.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the Customer's responsibility.

  1. Customs Clearance

Customs authorities may inspect or delay shipments.

Such inspections and delays are outside our direct control.

We will provide reasonable documentation where required for legitimate customs clearance.

  1. Customs Documentation

Customers may be required to provide additional information to customs authorities or shipping providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information where required.

  1. Refusal to Pay Customs Charges

If a Customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges, the shipment may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or otherwise handled by the relevant authorities.

Where legally permitted, reasonable costs resulting from such refusal may be deducted from any applicable refund.

  1. Customs Seizure

If a shipment is seized, destroyed, prohibited, or otherwise disposed of by customs because the Product cannot legally be imported, a refund may not be available unless required by applicable law or the issue resulted from an error attributable to Our Wonder Crafts.

  1. International Pricing

International prices may differ from Indian domestic prices.

International pricing may reflect:

  • International packaging;
  • Logistics;
  • Export-related costs;
  • Payment processing;
  • Currency fluctuations;
  • Insurance;
  • International operating expenses;
  • Other international selling costs.

International pricing is not necessarily a direct currency conversion of Indian pricing.

  1. Currency

International prices may be displayed in supported currencies.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and foreign-exchange charges.

  1. Delivery

International delivery times are estimates.

Customs clearance, courier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

  1. Prohibited Destinations

We reserve the right to refuse Orders to destinations where:

  • Shipping is unavailable;
  • Import restrictions apply;
  • Legal requirements cannot reasonably be satisfied;
  • Courier services are unavailable;
  • We reasonably believe fulfilment would violate applicable law.

Customers must provide accurate:

  • Name;
  • Address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Email address;
  • Postal/ZIP code;
  • Other information reasonably required for delivery or customs.
  1. Returned International Shipments

If an international shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, failure to collect the shipment, or similar Customer-related circumstances, applicable shipping, return, customs, storage, or handling costs may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.

  1. Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import laws in their jurisdiction.

Some countries may impose special requirements on artworks, cultural items, natural materials, wood, plant materials, animal-derived materials, or other goods.

Customers should independently verify applicable requirements before placing an Order.

  1. Taxes

Taxes and duties may be collected at checkout where required or may be collected by customs authorities upon import.

The treatment varies by destination country.

  1. No Guarantee of Customs Clearance

We cannot guarantee that an international shipment will clear customs successfully.

Customs authorities operate independently and may make decisions outside our control.

  1. Changes to International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, destinations, and procedures may change without notice because of changes in courier services, regulations, customs requirements, or international trade conditions.
